2. Return & Exchange Policy
At Dubai Adaptors, we aim to provide reliable and compatible laptop chargers. Please read the following carefully.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
Returns or exchanges are accepted if:
- The charger is unused
- The charger is in original condition
- The issue is reported within a reasonable timeframe
- The product is not physically damaged by misuse
Compatibility Responsibility
Customers must ensure:
- Correct laptop model
- Correct voltage (V)
- Correct amperage (A)
- Correct connector size
If assistance is needed, our team is available to guide you before purchase.
Important Service Charge Policy: If your laptop has an internal issue and the charger is not faulty, but you refuse to accept the charger after testing, a 50 AED service charge will apply. This charge covers testing, handling, and technical inspection time.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns or exchanges may not be accepted if:
- Product is physically damaged
- Incorrect usage caused damage
- Wrong specification selected by customer without consultation
- Product seal is broken in certain cases
Each case will be reviewed individually.
3. Warranty Policy
Warranty coverage depends on the product type.
Original Shape Chargers
Original shape chargers come with 6 Months Warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
Replacement Chargers
Replacement chargers come with 3 Months Warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
Open Box Chargers
Open box chargers are sold with Check Warranty Only.
Test at time of delivery. No extended warranty after checking.
Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Physical damage
- Burn marks
- Water damage
- Power surge damage
- Cable cuts
- Connector damage due to mishandling
- Laptop motherboard or internal power issues
Warranty applies only to charger manufacturing defects.
4. General Disclaimer
Dubai Adaptors is not responsible for:
- Damage caused by incorrect voltage usage
- Laptop internal hardware faults
- Third-party repairs or modifications
- Electrical fluctuations beyond product specifications
Customers are advised to verify compatibility before use.
